I have also tried to redeem my code on the website and via my EA Account Settings but obviously they tell me the code has already been redeemed.
I was hoping that if I put my code in elsewhere, my game would be waiting for me on the EA app...
EA Staff (Retired)Hi @Tranterbleu To check where was the code purchased from. Typically the last screenshot you share comes up when the code is already registered to a different account.
To confirm have you already spoken with our support in case the code was redeemed on a separate EA account or if it appears on the one from the screenshot?
