how nothings been fixed. no support has actually been given I have done all that you have suggested. I have re launched the app I have even uninstalled it and re installed it. I have done all troubleshoot imaginable and I am still unable to launch the game ive seen soo many people have this issue and no support at all everyone I have saw have been ignored or generic feedback. game still wont launch so I am not accepting that as a solution to this issue until it launches again
Yeah lol don't even expect anything from these "support" anymore. I have the same issue with all my EA App games just launching with process on task manager then magically closing without any errors then it returns to the EA App. My games were working fine a couple of days ago and now it's like this.
I haven't found a solution unfortunately even my friend tried helping (lot more IT background and knowledge than me) couldn't fix it. FIFA 22 DOSE not have anti cheat in bedded in the application and i was advise to do so ...? FIFA 23 has it in bedded into the application so I havent been able to download anti cheat because it makes no sense. ah fantastic support from EA huh I got on the live chat twice and wasnt helpful then was advised to go back onto live chat. IF I find a solution I will post it but its unlikely I will
Same here.
It's been over 4 weeks I can't play The Sims 4, because it doesn't show it in my library. It shows that I have 1 game but there is no cover just a blank black box and I can't click on it. So I can't launch and even update the game. I've tried everything: restarting the app, restoring the app, logging out, loging in, etc. There is nothing else left I can do.
I'm frustrated about this app. When I used Origin this kind of problems had never occured. If ea hasn't forced me to use this app to launch thee game, I would've never use it.
English is not my first language, so I'm even way more upset to try to explain my struggle with this situation in a language other than my own.
I even wrote this message through ea eror reporter and sent it 3 times. It gave errors 3 times. This error reporter thing is the error itself in the first place.
useless company making millions and dont care about customer service at all
its clear they dont based on my messgaes here on this"forum" disheartened and disappointed this company gets away with breaching failure to provide service for their customers
goes to show throw enough money and even suddenly becomes quiet breaching multiple sections of legislation in the customer care/service and just dont care great attitude for multi million company. BOYCOTT EA at this point uninstalled all games wrote numerous complaints ahh be ages before this is picked up so please share this on as many social media outlets as possible
