This should now be resolved. If you are not able to use the app, please use the App Recovery option from the settings and relaunch the app.
Yeah lol don't even expect anything from these "support" anymore. I have the same issue with all my EA App games just launching with process on task manager then magically closing without any errors then it returns to the EA App. My games were working fine a couple of days ago and now it's like this.
- @icoh25 yea Like i have done all that too my dude but EA support has been absolute shambolic and no effort either as you can clearly see above. I beg anyone watching this to re post this on any and all social media outlets because this should not allowed this lack and shambolic support.. I have never seen such horrendous customer service. post and re post please and thanks
- @Irinel7 have you found a solution yet? i am having the same problem. i tried to look for a number but i could noy find one then i tried to live chat and it would not let me. this is madness
I haven't found a solution unfortunately even my friend tried helping (lot more IT background and knowledge than me) couldn't fix it. FIFA 22 DOSE not have anti cheat in bedded in the application and i was advise to do so ...? FIFA 23 has it in bedded into the application so I havent been able to download anti cheat because it makes no sense. ah fantastic support from EA huh I got on the live chat twice and wasnt helpful then was advised to go back onto live chat. IF I find a solution I will post it but its unlikely I will
