Re: ea play app doesn't launch
i' ve tried everything also deleting every single component of the ea app and reinstall it from the steam need for speed but nothing changed

do you think i need to try reinstall windows or format my pc?

Hi @hipros-1201 Can you try the following?
- Run the System File Checker tool then Check for Windows and GPU updates
- Troubleshooting Graphics issues
- Verify any Anti-virus, or other software is not limiting the client and game (try closing out of additional apps then trying to play)
- Put your device in a Clean Boot then launch the game
