Re: EA play with Xbox Game Pass Ultimate working on Xbox, but not on PC

Microsoft support helped me solve the issue. It turns out there's a bug (known to the Xbox support team, it seems) that won't recognize the upgraded membership if you log into the EA app with Xbox credentials (the green Xbox button at the top of the log in screen). It was a matter of logging in with my usual EA credentials (email and password).

    I am now having the same prombem with my Xbox and EA account being connected but my Xbox ultimate isnt giving me EA play on my PC. Iv tried sigining in and out with my email and password and with my xbox account but neither have worked for me.
