Re: Failed sims 4 purchase but card charged

If the charge is showing as failed in your order history, that means we did not receive the funds for this purchase. However, if you were still charged for this pack, you'd want to get in contact with your bank or payment method you used for this purchase so they can look into this a bit further with you and see what's going on.

    Yeah...or you can just file a complaint with the BBB and let EA handle it through them. I tried every chatbot phrase I could and got no help. Now, the BBB is handling it for me. So nice to sit back and wait.

    Thank you for the reminder about the BBB I hate having to resort to that but it’s clear EA knows this is a problem and is failing to do anything to mitigate/correct the issue.
