I've got the same problem now for more than 1 week. I tried literally EVERYTHING that I could read and nothing is working.
No support, no nothing, live chat with bot that doesn't even understand the problem, no email, no nothing.
Worst support I've ever gotten by any platform.
Also, this should be an internal EA problem, it cannot be that so many customers have this problem on their own PC's fault.
Hopefully they will see that people have this problem, and they will update their app or even web who knows because this makes no sense and i don't know how people claim they have fixed this issue when I tried 3 different pc's to check if the problem lies with my own PC.
You can actually see from the screenshots that my games won't even show on my order history… Which makes even less sense, but they do show on the help section of the website.
