- thecharsims3 years agoSeasoned Veteran@EA_Illium I "Me Too'd" this. Having the same issue. I'm getting a message stating to hang tight. Things are taking a little longer to load. It's been some time now and it hasn't fixed itself. I did an app recovery and even cleared the cache. Nothing is working.
I just restarted my computer and it fixed it. @thecharsims did you try that?

@thecharsims I wanted to confirm if you are still seeing this issue? It does not show up in the order history however. I have a screenshot of at least one purchase.
Yes, I still have this issue. Nothing has fixed the problem so far.

Hi @karakstonia To confirm if we are not seeing the game in your EA App Library or listed in your Order history we may have the incorrect account signed into the EA App.
If there any older accounts you might have used before?
If I would recommend reaching back out to our support to confirm if there may be any other issues with your account.
Cheers!
- thecharsims3 years agoSeasoned Veteran@EA_Illium No. Restarting my computer didn't fix it. I uninstalled the app, cleared the cache and restarted my pc and it still didn't work. The 2nd time I restarted my pc, the app was back online. The app just decided to be back online after I turned my pc on. Seems like a fluke and an issue on their end. I shouldn't have to go through all this to get the app to work. As mentioned, clearing the cache, didn't work even after restarting the pc and I cleared the cache twice. Uninstalling and reinstalling didn't work even after I restarted my pc. Turning my PC off a 2nd time and opening the app, I saw it was online again. So none of those are solutions imho

- thecharsims3 years agoSeasoned Veteran@EA_Illium I'm not 100% sure what you're asking me but I'm able to see my games now. When the app came back online, I was able to see everything I owned. When it wasn't online, I couldn't see anything. It was all in a constant state of trying to load but it was just a black void on a loop. Currently, my app is working. It's online and I can see my games. I hope I answered your question.

@EA_IlliumI noticed someone marked my response as an opinion or a solution. I have to disagree. Nowhere did I mention a solution for the issue to my problem with the app. Only that after a while, it decided to work again. Nothing I did resolved the issue...
my problem is .when copying the game file from one drive to another drive it stops. then the game doesnt show in the ea app and the id library . dosent show anymore
Same issue for me since 4 days after bought the game.
F1 2023 didn't appears in my library, even after cleared cache, restart pc, uninstall EA App, like you.
support don't have any solution for me. I bought this game 40$ but a cannot install it anymore.
- thecharsims3 years agoSeasoned Veteran@sysq0 It might be installing the game in another folder. You have to find it and then drag it to the correct one. I don't play that game but someone might be able to help you if you don't know which folder the game usually is suppose to install to.
