Re: How to fix EA app Error 500?

Things are taking a little longer to load. Hang tight while we try to solve the problem. When I try to launch the game, it takes me to 500 Error..."Something Went Wrong.... Server encountered a mysterious error. try again in a little bit". This has lasted for over 12 hours. Please help.... I am getting agitated.

    Its been 2 Weeks and I cant even access my games from EA app. "Server encountered mysterious error" message shows every time I enter my games. Tried complaints, nothing works. I reinstalled, repaired, Cleared ache, nothing works.

    I encountered the same problem. Its been 2 weeks and I tried to consult the team no genuine response.

    I have tried that several times. Have even deleted the EA app download and redownloaded it. Nothing works, still seeing the exact same message.

    Did you manage to get your game fixed, or you still have the same problem? 'coz I can't still find any solutions for mine

    @thesimsqueenx Yes. I actually, uninstalled EA App and re-installed. Any you can send a crash report or contact the EA Help centre. I also helped.

    maybe you also have to do the following process:

    Open cmd as admin and enter "netsh winhttp reset proxy" 

    my problem soled with it.

    @k4xristo I'm having the same issue of no games showing in my library & the "taking longer than expected" message. I tried to uninstall the EA app like you suggested, but it wouldn't let me. It didn't say *why* but I think it's because I have that account linked to my Steam account. Unfortunately, I can't unlink the account until after 9/6/2023; which means I can't play any of my games until this is fixed (like everyone else) not even on Steam. Thanks for the suggestion though 🙂.

    And here we are into June,  Still cannot play any of the SW Battlefront Games.  I've tried all the remedies posted in this thread.
