I'm having this issue as well. Error EC 10000. I have tried all of these "troubleshooting" suggestions, and nothing has helped. I just want to be able to play my game and DLC that I've PAID for. So frustrated.
Guys!!! I figured it out!! Go to settings, go to network & internet, go to windows firewall at the bottom, click restore firewalls to default. Then I just made sure to open the EA app as the administator and everything worked!

Holy [removed] it worked, thank you! EA owes you, you just saved them from losing a customer. Never had to do that before for any game app or to use anything on my PC in general, but that's the magic of EA I suppose.

Appreciate this one. Hope this does work for others as well!
Unfortunately this did not fix the issue for me. Still getting Error code EC10000.
Thank you so much! Been trying to fix this for the last hour!
It's been over a month and I have still yet to get a reply, so I am bringing this back up.
As a Steamdeck user I was able to use things fine, but then started getting a constant EC 10000 error when signing in via the EA APP.
Up until last week I had found a lengthy work-around by signing into the EA App via Steam, but that has now been seemingly closed off and I am now getting the EC 10000 error for any way I try log in to the EA App.
Please advise me on the solution.I was having the same problem - Getting error EC10000 when trying to sign into the Windows EA App. It turns out the problem was caused by my Bitdefender Antivirus protection. I resolved the problem and am now able to sign into my Windows EA App account after I created an Exception for the EA App in the Bitdefender Online Threat Protection module. I hope this helps some of you.

- @topazjones1234 Delete cache and use free VPN. ProtonVPN is an option. (Will work with Windows. It might be difficult to manually delete cache on Mac).
