@Glayvy Yes, it was my internet, which was a the problem. You will need to open your network and sharing center, and click on Change adapter, right click on your wifi to open up the properties. At the network tab, scroll down to find the "Internet Protocol Version 4 (TCP/IPv4)" double click on this. Stay on the general tab and go to this option "Use the following DNS server adresses".
Preferred DNS type in 1.1.1.1
Alternative DNS server type in 1.1.0.0
And click ok. And then launch EA App

    @EA_Kent nice, after 5 weeks of looking, will there be actually someone *doing* something?
    Sorry for the sarcasm, but 5 weeks after replacing a perfectly working software with something that's not even able to do a simple login that's all what's left.
  • Right now (March 18, 2023) I have this Problem.
    "Login did not go as planned."
    Everything was working few days ago. and it's really frustrating just want to play some Apex.

    Me too, cant login since 2 days. Worked before. My thread, didn't find this first.

    These DNS settings didn't solve the problem for me.

  • The other option you have is to check your time and date, and if this is correct you can try this.

    Go to Internet options, and at the top tab go to Connections.

    Choose Lan Settings

    Use automatic configuration script must be OFF

    Click OK and restart the APP this work for me.

    So today i finally managed to log in to the app. While BF2042 updated i had a dinner. After that wanted to play a lttle, but game didn't start. So restarted the EA app and got the same bullsh*** message again.

    Well, menaged to get another (pretty useles) one after tried many times to login.

    Just give me back Origin. It was stable and working fine, not this EA crap.
