I have the same problem,I've tried everything including clearing the cache and my game is still stuck on 34% finalizing

The same thing is happening to me, stopping at 34% and saying I have to install Microsoft visual c++ 2012 redistributable (x86) but when I try installing it im told I already have a later version. Then it just tells me setup failed and for more information see the log file, please anyone let me know if there is a solution
