my ea fc keeps getting stuck on finalyzing on 35

Hello, when i try and preload fc 25 it downloads then when finalizing it gets stuck on 35% and then says that i need to download Microsoft visuals again and vie tried deleting the files and reinstall...

The same thing is happening to me, stopping at 34% and saying I have to install Microsoft visual c++ 2012 redistributable (x86) but when I try installing it im told I already have a later version. Then it just tells me setup failed and for more information see the log file, please anyone let me know if there is a solution
