I had same issue but after 4 and half hour the problem resolved spontaneously. Now I can see my goods in library

I've just tried the different locality and it may have worked.

Switched countries and then back again.

I also refreshed my install directory, so I'm not sure which idea worked.

The game appeared as soon as I did the directory refresh.

Hope one of these ideas works for you.

I had the same problem and this didn't work for me. My game did pop up eventually, but it just took 30+ minutes of waiting.

I have the same problem, But now tried to change the region to Australia, and now it worked to download my new game!

@EA_KentI have tried that and i also just repaired my game again, and its still NOT showing up as purchased. I dont know what else to do to fix this. I shut my pc down and let it sit for about 20 minutes and came back and its still showing up as owned in game, but wont let me download it or anything.

Where can I change my region ? 

in the EA app, click on the menu bars (hamburger) in the top left corner.

Then settings - My Account - Manage

This will open the Customer Portal website.

Under "About Me" scroll down to Regional Settings

I am also having the exact same issue, i reordered the rent expansion and bought wedding stories and the home chef hustle pack, and online seemed to say because of my preorder the order was processing still so nothing will show. so i cancelled the preorder and kept the 2 games so now my order is displayed as complete. it will down in game i own the packs but i need to download to use them. but they arent showing in my library at all, I have repaireed my game, uninstalled EA app and reinstalled, updated and restarted my PC, changed the region time multiplee times and nothing is showing me the games to download them in my library

Same thing here, just purchased about 10 minutes ago.  Received the email, thanks for the $$ and your game is in your library (when we want to put it there, in super duper fine print that you can't see, lol) guess their system took Thanksgiving holiday off ¯\_(ツ)_/¯.  Just want to play.

Same here - seems like a system wide issue...

Hey there, @EA_Kent. I've tried changing my location twice over the past half hour and it has not worked. 
I just purchased the Sims 4 Werewolves DLC and it was not delivered even though I received a receipt and the charge was confirmed via PayPal.
It seems like this issue is effecting quite a few end users and there is probably very little that you can do about it directly but I would greatly appreciate my report being forwarded to the relevant parties as well.

I hope this can be sorted out quickly, A missing Sims DLC isn't the end of the world but it's a little ridiculous that a company the size of EA can't deliver a virtual good, especially if they were able to complete the charge to my account.😃 

 

First, I bought Star Wars Jedi Survivor on Steam, but I kept getting a message that I didn't own the game on that account.  Lame, so I refunded the purchase (thanks Steam!) and purchased via EA.

I get an email with a confirmation number go to my library and....  No game.  I tried the region changing but I was not able to see my purchase.

This worked for me! I've been working to find a solution for this for about 3 days now, here are the steps I took:
In the EA app got to the settings > My account > press the 'Manage' button (takes you to the EA customer portal)
Scroll down to regional settings > Edit (I switched from US to Australia) 
Go back to the EA App > Help > App Recovery to clear the cache. 
All my purchased packs were available to download as soon as the app loaded back up. 

it wont let me change my reigon

i cant change my region there is no button for that

Hi, if you go to the settings in your EA app, theres should be a button that says 'Manage' that takes you to the customer portal website. Then scroll down and it should say regional settings.
I don't work for EA, but I hope this works for you! I had tried so many different things, and this somehow worked for me.
