    Hi all,

    Due to changes that went into the EA app and the frequent occurrence of incomplete purchases or logging into incorrect EA accounts, we have closed this thread and opened a new thread here: Missing Games/DLCs in EA app Library (Feb. 2024).

Hey everyone, 

Thank you for reaching out to us about this. 

We have passed these reports along for a look. In the meantime, has anyone else had the chance to try what @Midnightcaly suggested in their recent post?

Go to settings in the EA app, and change your region to a different location.

It is a glitch on the EA app, and finally after hours of digging this worked for me.

I changed from the UK to Austria, let it load, and the game will show in library!

Hi Gamers,

I've just tried the different locality and it may have worked.

Switched countries and then back again.

I also refreshed my install directory, so I'm not sure which idea worked.

The game appeared as soon as I did the directory refresh.

Hope one of these ideas works for you.

    Hi GunnaKill,

    Could you tell me how you refreshed your install directory? I have tried every suggestion here so far and nothing has worked. I've lost all my saved games on Dragon Age-Origins and am trying to get them back if possible. The game itself isn't even showing up in EA, even though I've linked to Steam. Thanks for any help!
