EA and Origin not working

My EA app updated and after t was working fine. But then it suddenly closed itself and said origin couldn't connect to the internet even though my internet is working just fine. Then, I started getting a message saying that file C:/Program%2520iles/Electronic%2520Arts/EA%2520Desktop/EALauncher.exe could not be found even though I didnt delete anything,
