Hi there @Maxpetberg,

If the EA App keeps timing out on you, you may want to clear the cache for the app and try running the app as an administrator.

If this doesn't help, you can redeem your code from the web portal instead here. Let me know if you run into any errors with your code here as well!

    i need help with redeem codes. When i had Origin, I use redeem codes from my Sims 3 games (5 games), everything was okay, but now with EA app I dont see my games, just 2 and if I want use redeem codes, it wrote me that codes has been used. And on this PC I dont have CD-ROM drive. Can we fix this please?

    Hi @dankadaniela,

    If your game library isn't showing your owned games in the EA App and you're not seeing your DLC, then most likely you're logging into the EA App with the wrong login details. You need to login to the app with the same details that you originally purchased your content on, and you'll see everything available in your library to download and access again.

    I'd recommend checking any emails you have for the email receipt of your purchases so you know which account to login to the EA App to. If you need further help locating the correct login details, that's something live support can help with- you can reach out to live support by submitting a help request here, or you can get in touch with that team via Twitter or Facebook as well.

    I have the same issue. I tried clearing the cache on EA app - it still does not load. In the web portal it's the same issue - "Redeem Product Code" is just empty section, even though I'm logged in.

    I have the exact same problem.. any solutions available yet?
