Redeem code error

Dear EA, when I choose redeem code I get Timout error : "We had some trouble processing your request, please try again later. Ref. Timeout" how can I get to downloading fifa 15 ? Please see attacheme...

    Hi there @Maxpetberg,

    If the EA App keeps timing out on you, you may want to clear the cache for the app and try running the app as an administrator.

    If this doesn't help, you can redeem your code from the web portal instead here. Let me know if you run into any errors with your code here as well!

Hi,

I have the same issue. I tried clearing the cache on EA app - it still does not load. In the web portal it's the same issue - "Redeem Product Code" is just empty section, even though I'm logged in.

I have the exact same problem.. any solutions available yet?

    If it should help anyone.. I sucesfully redeemed the code via web, but had to get to "redeem code" through EA Help: Official Support
