Re: Sims 4 - Game License Invalid

Unable to launch the sims 4, every time i have tried i get a game license error message pop up telling me to clear my cache. I have cleared my cache several times, uninstalled the ea app, reinstalled it. I have done everything that support has told me to do several times and nothing is fixing the issue.
