Hi @EA_Solaire , I went to check in the EA app and it says that all the adds on have been downloaded. I have put a screenshot for you. The download manager also tells me that all the adds on have been downloaded.
But when I start the game, I still don't have access to the adds on.I really don't understand. I've noticed that the downloads are extremely fast, as if it wasn't really downloading.

Thanks for this info! Let's try another full uninstall and reinstall of The Sims and all your DLC. Once that's done, check your Add-Ons again to see if everything is showing as installed, and let me know if you're seeing your content in-game then please.
