Community ManagerIf you right-click The Sims 4 game tile in your game library, and go to Show Game Details-> Game Packs, are you seeing Realm of Magic there as unlocked, or purchased?
Thanks so much! That worked! It showed that Realm of Magic and 2 other game packs weren't installed. I guess they didn't download when I installed Sims on this new laptop.. Sorry for the really late response, but thanks again! [ Also, I do remember now that I purchased Realm of Magic as part of a "build your own bundle", so I'm guessing that's why it doesn't show up in my purchase history. I can't keep with all the game packs I buy lol... ]
