Solved it by resetting the password of the account and directly logging into the EA Games Desktop App.

@CooLGaMeRoo7still can't login my ea account through the EA Desktop App after resetting the password, already re-install too and nothing.
I already try using the old EA app too called "Origin" and that app also preventing me to login, the Origin app said "Online login is currently not unavailable". But my account can login in ea website.- EA_Jason4 years ago

That could indicate that the issue is not with the account or password @SHBR1111.
Please try the following steps:
- Close Origin completely by right clicking the Origin system tray icon and selecting Exit.
- Make sure that Origin is up-to-date - you can download it here.
- Make sure Time/Date is correctly set on the PC.
- Reset Internet Explorer Settings (even if you don't use IE, Origin does).
- Untick the options in the LAN Settings.
- Clear Origin Cache Data.
- Reset the Windows Host File.
- Reboot your computer.
- Flush DNS.
If that doesn't fix the issue, please perform a malware scan on your system and try again.
