Re: "There's a problem with your download"/"Something went wrong" EA app Error - '24

I had a similar issue downloading a pack and also updating the game, except the same thing would happen when I tried to repair the game. I eventually after trying everything just uninstalled the game and reinstalled it all and it worked. Annoying that I lost my save files but as a last resort it does seem to work. Reached out to EA multiple times before this but of course got no response.
