I have been trying to download Get Famous for days now, but every time it stops at 69% preparing and says "something went wrong, try again." I spent $40 on this pack, I should be able to play it. I have tried clearing the cache, repairing the game, restarting both the app and my computer, etc. Nothing has worked. Someone please help.
I had a similar issue downloading a pack and also updating the game, except the same thing would happen when I tried to repair the game. I eventually after trying everything just uninstalled the game and reinstalled it all and it worked. Annoying that I lost my save files but as a last resort it does seem to work. Reached out to EA multiple times before this but of course got no response.
