Re: TS4 PC Error 'DisplayName Field Missing From Registry' Since May 28th Patch

This ^^ is the window that pops up when I try to launch the Sims 4. When I hit the play button in the EA app, a weird little window opens with this across the top, a funky patterned background that says "DisplayName" is missing from the registry on my computer and I need to sign into my EA account to fix it, and a box for me to input my username. In theory there's a box for my password too, but it is shoved all the way out of the bottom of the window and I can't resize the window or scroll to get to it, so... in theory I could sign into my EA account through this weird window, but I'm kinda not sure if I should??? I've never seen this before. I played the Sims 4 just fine two days ago so I don't know what happened.
