Re: Unable to download NFS Unbound on the EA app

Hey guys I found out what the issue was on my side!

I decided to take a look at the order history section on the account settings page and noticed that the order status said: Processing...

Then I went ahead and talked with a agent on the EA Help page, didn't help with the issue but then an idea came to mind.

I remembered changing the payment method from credit card to PayPal whenever I couldn't finish a payment for things like currency in other games.

I decided to try it after getting a refund and then preordered the game again... And it worked! I can finally play NFS Unbound.
