Unable to make payment with credit/debit card or google pay.

I'm unable to buy the expansion pack Island Living with credit/debit card or google pay. I would help a ton if you would fix this bug because, I know for SURE my info on my credit/debit card is correct. Thank you

Hi there, have you tried purchasing the pack from the EA website directly by any chance?

Could you explain a bit more about what happens when you say you're unable to make a payment? For example, are you seeing an error message, is the payment being declined, or is something else happening during checkout?
