Re: Why did I buy the game but it doesn't have in the library
If your game library is not showing a game, you could try the following steps to clear this up:
- Open task manager, locate EA Background Service, and end task
- Clear the cache for the EA app
- Check that the EA app is fully updated
- Run the EA app as an administrator
- Check for any background applications blocking the EA App
- Make sure the EA app or other launcher is closed.
- Press the Windows key and "R" at the same time.
- Type or copy and paste "%ProgramData%
- Navigate to Electronic Arts\EA Services
- In the license folder, you can delete all the files
As these are license files for older titles, you won't lose any progress or data.
Clear the cache for the EA app once again, and check to see if the game is in the app.
