Redeem code dont work on app nor website and help form is broken

Hey everyone.

I have been trying to get in touch with support via the app and then the form but nothing works as the app just gives you a useless "reference code" and the form cannot submit so now im trying here.

I have been trying to redeem a key on both the PC app and the website on my profile with the same issue both places.

1st oct when i first tried, the key was recognized but when clicking next i got an error "something went wrong, try again later" and over the last few weeks I've been trying to redeem the key(s) 4-5 times with the same issues every time.

Is there anyone here who know where to even get in contact with EA about this ?

I am in the EU and i guess next step would be to file some sort of complaint
