REDEEM CODE on EA app is not working

Hello, I cannot redeem a product by code. In EA app then I click on "REDEEM CODE" button it looks like the app is trying to start to load something but no field to enter the code etc shows up. there...

the same issue here,i had to redeem my code through EA.com website from official windows app it does not work.
