Purchased The Sims 4 Lovestruck, redeemed the code however there is no option to download the game. In the EA app there is an option to pre order the game even though I've paid and redeemed the code. When I click on the Lovestruck add on when I'm in the sims it says I own the game but it needs to be downloaded.
Mine is exactly the same ☹️ Pre-Ordered on CD keys so I'm a little worried EA won't honour it!
Me too! I've queried it with EA and CD Keys. I even uninstalled and reinstalled the EA App and nothing changed. I ordered 2 other kits at the same time and they have both worked fine, just Lovestruck not working!
