Redeemed Code, Pressed Download, Nothing Happened

I've redeemed a code for Lovestruck. The code worked and it showed the button for 'Download', but the box disappeared and nothing happened. If I open the Sims 4, it says I already own the pack, but if I go into the app, I don't know how to get it to download as it isn't in my library as something I own. I've tried clearing the cache, but nothing happens. I've tried uninstalling the app, but it tries to open it when I click to uninstall and therefore won't uninstall. I don't really know what to do. Is there anyone that can help?

    I bought Lovestruck today, but when i went to download it doesn't do anything, like no error code pops up it just won't download for me, i have removed my mods folder as well in case there was anything conflicting with the game and pack itself.
