Redeemed codes and not received anything

Hello guys!I have a problem with my redeemed codes.I redeemed some fc points in my ea account and i don t received anything in game.I don t have any fc point and i redeemed two codes.Can someone help...

Just to check, where did you redeem your codes exactly, and on what platform do you play?

    @EA_QueenBee hello. One on the ea app on my pc and one on their site in my account section.Thank you for helping me!
