Just to confirm, are you signed in to the same EA account you redeemed the gift card on? Please check whether the email address you received a confirmation email from is the same as the one associated with the EA account. It might take a bit of time for the redeemed amount to sync and appear in your wallet.
Unfortunately, we don't have the right tools or records to support billing or account-related requests here on the forums. So if your EA Wallet does not update to reflect the redeemed amount after some time, please contact live support again to have them check your account balance.
