I'm trying to request a refund through ea's refund/return tool but it dosent give me the option to, and I can't find anyway to contact them.
Hey MSolbawi7,
If you're interested in a refund and aren't seeing the option using our refund tool, you'll need to connect with our live support team for more help. You can reach them via this web form, and an advisor can review your information and check your refund eligibility from there. Thanks!
