Linking xbox and EA

I cant link my ea and Xbox account because according to google there is a 1 year period between unlinking an account and linking an account, Idk why you decided that's a good idea but not the point. All Im trying to do i link my xbox+ea account so I can play EA sport games w/ my Gamepass I bought solely for this, I was hoping we could get this resolved. If this is not the issue I would love to know the problem Im having and how to fix it. I have unlinked the other account already and when i go to link accounts and go to Xbox it brings me to the error page, I have tried clearing my cache, repairing the app, and going in incognito mode. None of them have worked.

Thank you.
