Ruined my gameplay :(
Hey! Do you know why my Sims 4 packs might not be working? It still says I purchased them, and they’re not showing up as locked, but I can’t access any of the content in-game.

mjaouni90 Does the EA App think the packs are installed? If so, please see the Windows or Mac master thread for this issue, respectively:

If the App thinks you own the packs but they're not installed, and you see a Download button, click it. If you don't have a Download button, for example you see "in-game content," or the App doesn't think you own the content at all, please list your missing packs.
