WHO DO WE CONTACT FOR REFUNDS?
EA sold me a product that doesn't work and has a game satisfaction guarantee, lol. It's so amazing how ridiculous that is.
Yet no customer support person can help me and simply leave my tickets open as an issue they are aware of with no solution. Upon further research they haven't fixed this issue for weeks.
I can download the game on STEAM but not EA play, it's stuck at preparing.
I want a refund. I did want to purchase the expansion packs on SSTEAM. But I want nothing to do with EA at this point.
This experience has show they don't care about me as a customer. Directing me to here for my issues.
The issue is not on my side, as I can download other game from EAs software. Just not sims 4, yet I can download sims 4 from STEAM.
If you are talking about The Sims 4 it is free to play so if that is the case then there will be no refund since you did not pay for it.
I bought multiple expansion packs and can no longer access them. Since I can't download Sims 4 from EA.
Yet I can download other games from EA and download Sims 4 from STEAM.
