If you are talking about The Sims 4 it is free to play so if that is the case then there will be no refund since you did not pay for it.
I bought multiple expansion packs and can no longer access them. Since I can't download Sims 4 from EA.
Yet I can download other games from EA and download Sims 4 from STEAM.
