Sign in Problem

When I open the EA app, the window that lets me sign in to my account that window does not stay open long enough to let me sign in. What do I do???

Hi there, 

There might be a program in the background that is conflicting with the EA app, causing it to close. You can try a clean boot to make sure no other programs are causing this: How to clean or safe boot your computer. If the problem persists, please try running the EA app as admin.
