SimCity Product Key/Language Error
I have an issue with the Xbox Gamepass version of SimCity, I have just bought a new month of Xbox Gamepass for PC, downloaded the game, launched it and... "The product code you have redeemed for SimCity does not support the currently selected language. Please contact customer support for details." (images attached) I have no clue how to fix this, I bought everything legally, they're all official copies directly from Xbox/EA, I bought everything in the same region, downloaded it in the same region, launched it in the same region, etc. etc. etc. I have no clue what the issue could be, closest I got was an old reddit post from a guy with a similar problem who after being on Live Chat support (which for some reason, I CAN'T EVEN ACCESS) for 12 hours, they FINALLY just... gave him a new product key and that fixed it, can someone please advise? Thanks in advance.
