Issue is just what the title says. I’ve already talked to customer service and in order to get the sims 3 65bit version to load on my EA app I need to delete my cache. I’m not able to delete my cache as I don’t have the three lines on the top left corner of my app.
Did anyone have this same issue and were able to fix it?

The Sims 3 64-bit, 65-bit isn't a thing 🙂
Open EA App then click on Help > App Recovery in the menu bar, then Clear Cache.

whoops I meant 64 😛
Thank you for the help with clearing my cache. I tried it and I'm still having problems with the 64 bit version not showing up. I've been told by two EA help customer support people that they added the entitlements to my game.
