I have tried contacting the EA Chat help where I have been told that my game has been updated to be the sims 3 64-bit version. I haven't seen the 64-bit game added to my account. I've tried deleting my cache and that didn't work. I'm now trying about 24 hours later to contact EA chat help but every time I try to select any topic the chat option doesn't come up for me.
I had no problem with getting the 64-bit version on Origin. Ever since transitioning over to the EA app I have been having problems.
I've tried deleting and redownloading the app and it didn't help. Why is the sims 3 64-bit version not showing up even though it was confirmed by two customer support people that they added the entitlements for the 64-bit versions for all the content I have for sims 3.

@Syd_J133 Can you install and run this version of Sims 3? I ask because I only see one version in my EA App game library, but it runs fine on my ARM Mac, which doesn't support 32-bit apps. So the issue here may be the minimum requirements listed rather than anything else.

I've tried running it after deleting the cache but it's still not working. I'm going to try uninstalling it and then redownloading it.
Redownlading it fixed it. Thank you so so much.
