It says 'Preparing" and then says there was a problem, right?
It's not even saying that, it's not coming up with anything 😔
I have the same problem, the download button doesn't exist even though it says I own the pack. But for me it is the University Life pack
- @klorup make sure when you do the origin method, you check install updates when you install origin. It didnt work for me until i did that.
The EA app updated itself today on my computer and then I actually could download all my expansions! This last week I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app several times and followed the steps the support gave me, and nothing changed. But after todays update it worked, so I hope that EA fixed the problem for everyone.
