hi i dont know if this will help but my very smart friends after4 months came to the conclusion that if you have onedrive on your system and are saving your files to the cloud the you need to make sure your signed into onedrive to scynce the files before doing this i could not get my sims 3 to launch worth a DAM now the only problem im having is getting my sims 3 university to download but everything else downloaded like a pro MAKE SURE YOU ARE SIGNED INTO ONEDRIVE if you have been using them for cloud game storage.
