@Bruines_Gonzalez Try clearing the EA App's cache:

Then see whether your packs show up in the launcher and in-game.
@puzzlezaddict Thank you for the suggestion! but... i am still having the same issue...sims is my way to de stress but recently it's been the root of my stress lol
@Bruines_Gonzalez I'm sorry, I don't have anything else to offer except that EA will likely fix this at some point, and this thread will be updated when that happens.
