- Your EA ID
- What content is not installing
- An EA Error Report ID Number

Hi, I have the same problem. After installing the EA app and buying a nother expansion pack i cannot download Sims3 Into the future. I believe my EA ID is my username ([edit: email address removed])? I dont know how to get error report number. It just says it cannot download and tell me to try again after a few minutes. I did try to clear cache, uninstall all apps on my computer and reinstall again. still not working.
I hope you can help as this is getting super annoying.
