Uninstall ea app and the Sims 3 game from your laptop then reinstall ea app and the Sims 3 game again be sure to check mark all your add ons before installation once download click play Sims 3 game the main game not the add ons from there the main Sims 3 menu will appear go to expansion and stuff only check mark one or 2 of the packs you want to play no more than one or 2 then push the play button to start sims 3
