I have been dealing with this for a few months now, and I don't know what to do. I had got a new computer, and I downloaded all my games on to it when I did I notice that University Life didn't download, so I downloaded just for it to be stuck on preparing forever.
Ever since we changed over to EA app there have been too problems...😞
