Community ManagerHey everyone, are you still encountering this issue? If so, please share details like your platform, operating system version, whether you own the game digitally or claimed it via EA Play, which launcher you're using, and any other relevant info. The more details, the better.

- Operating System Version - Windows 8 ( I know its below what is recommended for the Sims 4 but it ran, not greatly but it ran regardless.)

- Any other info - The update on January 13th for the Sims 3 is what started my inability to play any of the games even with trying everything I could find.
